Photos online match reality. The caretaker was friendly, quick to respond, and helpful. The hotel owner also messaged us the day before check-in.
The parking can be far from the tower, so be prepared to walk or wait for a shuttle. During peak season, there were long lines at the lobby to check-in and ride the elevator.

We had a nice and cozy room with minimalist décor that has a comfy vibe, just like the pictures. the caretaker was quick to respond to our inquiries and friendly. the location was great, with an amazing view and cool breeze. the owner even messaged us the day before our check-in to ensure a smooth stay.
We had to wait in a long line to check-in, and again for the elevator. It was a bit frustrating, but we were probably there during peak season, which may have been the cause.

The room was absolutely great - exactly like the photos. the decorations of the room gave a cozy and welcoming feel which was perfect for a holiday stay. both the caretaker and the owner were friendly and quick in their responses to our inquiries. It was also great to have a parking facility available.
The check-in process was a bit of a hassle due to the long line at the lobby and the waiting time for the shuttle or long walk from the parking area. It's also a negative point that there's no signal for Globe or Smart users inside the room, and one has to go out to the parking area to get a connection.
